MY APPROACH
How I Work
My work lives in the space many people feel is missing between therapy and coaching.
Most of the people I work with are already deeply self-aware. They understand their patterns. What they are missing is not insight. It is embodiment and integration.
When the nervous system is not integrated, insight stays intellectual. You can explain your wounds, name your attachment style, and map your family system, yet still feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected from your own truth.
I work with people who are ready to move out of overthinking and into lived experience. Together we slow down, listen to the body, and bring awareness into the places where old patterns still live beneath the surface. We allow what has been held back to be felt, integrated, and reorganised, so it no longer runs the show.
I am a certified Chopra Health and Well-being Coach. My practice is grounded in that methodology, shaped by years of lived experience in cultural work, publishing, facilitation, and trauma-aware environments.
